Scheme to promote accommodation for working women Details :
શહેરી, અર્ધ શહેરી અથવા તો ગ્રામીણ વિસ્તારોમાં જ્યાં મહિલાઓ માટે રોજગારીની તકો હોય ત્યાં તેમના બાળકો માટે દિવસ સંભાળની સુવિધા સાથે, કામ કરતી મહિલાઓ માટે આવાસને પ્રોત્સાહન આપવાની યોજના. નોકરી કરતી મહિલાઓ, નોકરી માટેની તાલીમ હેઠળની મહિલાઓને પણ સમાવી શકાય છે. સમાજના વંચિત વર્ગની મહિલાઓને ખાસ પ્રાધાન્ય આપવામાં આવી શકે છે. શારીરિક રીતે અશક્ત લાભાર્થીઓ માટે બેઠકો અનામત રાખવાની પણ જોગવાઈ છે.
A scheme to promote accommodation for working women, with day care facility for their children, wherever possible, in urban, semi urban, or even rural areas where employment opportunity for women exist. Working women, women under training for job may also be accommodated. Particular preference may be given to women from disadvantaged sections of the society. There are also provision for reservation of seats for physically challenged beneficiaries.

સિંગલ બેડ રૂમ માટે - કુલ કુલ પગારના મહત્તમ 15% ડબલ બેડ રૂમ માટે - કુલ પગારના મહત્તમ 10% શયનગૃહ માટે - કુલ પગારના મહત્તમ 7.5% બાળકો માટે ડે કેર સેન્ટરની સુવિધાઓ ઉપલબ્ધ કરવા માટે - માતાના પગારના મહત્તમ 5% , વાસ્તવિક ખર્ચ જે ઓછો હોય તે. ભાડામાં વાસણનો ઉપયોગ અને વોશિંગ મશીન જેવી અન્ય સુવિધાઓનો સમાવેશ થતો નથી કે જેના માટે વપરાશકર્તા ચાર્જ વસૂલવો જોઈએ.
For Single BED Rooms – Maximum 15% of total gross salaryFor Double Bed Rooms – Maximum 10% of total gross salaryFor Dormitories – Maximum 7.5 % of total gross salaryFor Availing Day Care Centre facilities for children – Maximum 5% of the mothers’ gross salary or, the actual expenditure whichever is less. નોકરી માટેની તાલીમ હેઠળની મહિલાઓ માટેનું ભાડું કામ કરતી મહિલાઓ પાસેથી વસૂલવામાં આવતા ભાડાથી વધુ ન હોવું જોઈએ. આવા તાલીમાર્થીઓનું ભાડું તાલીમને સ્પોન્સર કરતી સંસ્થા/સંસ્થા અથવા મહિલા પાસેથી વસૂલવામાં આવી શકે છે.
The rent for women under training for job shall not exceed the rent to be charged from the working women. The rent for such trainees may be charged from the institution/ organization sponsoring the training or from the woman herself.
રોકાણનો કાર્યકાળ
Tenure of Stay
કોઈપણ કામ કરતી મહિલાને 3 વર્ષથી વધુ સમય માટે આ યોજના હેઠળ સહાયિત હોસ્ટેલમાં રહેવાની મંજૂરી નથી. અસાધારણ સંજોગોમાં, જિલ્લા વહીવટીતંત્ર, લેખિતમાં નોંધવાના કારણોસર, કામકાજની મહિલાઓને 3 વર્ષના સમયગાળા ઉપરાંત, છાત્રાલયમાં રહેવાની મંજૂરી આપી શકે છે, આ શરતને આધીન કે વિસ્તરણનો સમયગાળો, એક સમયે 6 મહિનાથી વધુ ન હોવો જોઈએ. અને તે મહિલાનું કુલ રોકાણ, વિસ્તરણ સાથે, 5 વર્ષથી વધુ ન હોવું જોઈએ.
No working woman is allowed to stay in a hostel, assisted under this scheme for more than 3 years. In exceptional circumstances, the District Administration may, for reasons to be recorded in writing, allow working women to stay in a hostel, beyond the 3 year period, subject to the condition that the period of extension, shall not exceed 6 months at one time, and that the total stay of the woman, with extensions, shall not exceed 5 years.

આ યોજના હેઠળ કામ કરતી મહિલાઓ અને તેમના બાળકોને નીચેની શ્રેણીઓ આવરી લેવામાં આવી છે:

કામ કરતી સ્ત્રીઓ, જેઓ સિંગલ, વિધવા, છૂટાછેડા લીધેલ, અલગ થઈ ગયેલી, પરિણીત હોઈ શકે છે પરંતુ જેમનો પતિ અથવા નજીકનો પરિવાર એક જ શહેર/વિસ્તારમાં રહેતો નથી. સમાજના વંચિત વર્ગની મહિલાઓને ખાસ પ્રાધાન્ય આપવામાં આવી શકે છે. શારીરિક રીતે અશક્ત લાભાર્થી માટે બેઠકો અનામત રાખવાની પણ જોગવાઈ હોવી જોઈએ.
Working women, who may be single, widowed, divorced, separated, married but whose husband or immediate family does not reside in the same city/area. Particular preference may be given to women from disadvantaged sections of the society. There should be also provision for reservation of seats for physically challenged beneficiari.
નોકરી માટે તાલીમ હેઠળ હોય તેવી મહિલાઓનો કુલ તાલીમ સમયગાળો એક વર્ષથી વધુ ન હોય. આ માત્ર એ શરતે છે કે કામ કરતી મહિલાઓને સમાવી લીધા પછી ખાલી જગ્યા ઉપલબ્ધ છે. નોકરી માટે તાલીમ હેઠળની મહિલાઓની સંખ્યા કુલ ક્ષમતાના 30% થી વધુ ન હોવી જોઈએ.
Women who are under training for job provided the total training period does not exceed one year. This is only on the condition that there is vacancy available after accommodating working women. The number of women under training for job should not exceed 30% of the total capacity.

વર્કિંગ વુમન છાત્રાલયની સુવિધાઓ માટે હકદાર છે જો તેમની કુલ આવક રૂ. થી વધુ ન હોય. મેટ્રોપોલિટન શહેરોમાં દર મહિને રૂ. 50,000/- એકીકૃત (ગ્રોસ) અથવા અન્ય કોઈપણ જગ્યાએ, દર મહિને રૂ. 35,000/- એકીકૃત (ગ્રોસ). જ્યારે છાત્રાલયમાં પહેલેથી જ રહેતી કોઈપણ કાર્યકારી મહિલાની આવક નિર્ધારિત મર્યાદા કરતાં વધી જાય, ત્યારે તેણે આવકની મર્યાદા વટાવ્યાના છ મહિનાની અંદર હોસ્ટેલ ખાલી કરવાની રહેશે.
Working women are entitled to hostel facilities provided their gross income does not exceed Rs. 50,000/- consolidated (gross) per month in metropolitan cities, or Rs 35,000/- consolidated (gross) per month, in any other place. When the income of any working woman already residing in a hostel exceeds the prescribed limits, she will be required to vacate the hostel within a period of six months of crossing the income ceiling.

જ્યારે છાત્રાલયમાં પહેલેથી જ રહેતી કોઈપણ કામ કરતી મહિલાની આવક નિર્ધારિત મર્યાદા કરતાં વધી જાય, ત્યારે તેણે આવકની મર્યાદા વટાવ્યાના 6 મહિનાની અંદર હોસ્ટેલ ખાલી કરવાની રહેશે.
When the income of any working woman already residing in a hostel exceeds the prescribed limits, she will be required to vacate the hostel within a period of 6 months of crossing the income ceiling. Stayheme.city.es.he income ceiling.

વાંચીને યાદીમાંથી પસંદગીની સંબંધિત હોસ્ટેલની મુલાકાત લઈ શકે છે.
એકવાર, તેણી યોજનાના તમામ માપદંડોને પૂર્ણ કરે છે, તેણીએ કર્મચારીઓની વિગતો, કુટુંબની વિગતો, આવકની વિગતો, રોજગાર વિગતો વગેરે સાથે ફોર્મ ભરવાની જરૂર છે.
એકવાર ફોર્મ ભરાઈ ગયા પછી, જરૂરી દસ્તાવેજો ફોર્મ સાથે જોડવા અને હોસ્ટેલ સમિતિને સબમિટ કરવાની જરૂર છે.

Then they can physically visit the respective hostel of choice.
Once, she meet all criteria of the scheme, she need to fill form with personnel details, family details, Income details, employment details etc.
Once form is filled, required documents need to be attached with the form and submitted to hostel committee.
